Have also worked in construction field where in he largely handled Project Planning, Design, Procurement and Finance. He has also worked for 10 years in the field of commodity sector, especially in Rice Mills. A Leader with a vision, Skilled in Management, Negotiation and Pricing Strategy, he has set up a team of experts from Pharma field and decided to expand his business vision to Pharma and Health sector with this venture.
Mr. Bhavesh Upadhyay – Director
Mr. Bhavesh Upadhyay has around 25 years of experience in Pharma Sector in Business and HR. He has worked with companies like Intas Pharmaceuticals as Executive Vice President – HR and in similar roles in other pharma companies. After leaving his job, he has ventured into multiple businesses and is Founder of Enterprising Indian, EI Corporate Services, Magnet Media and many other ventures. He is a popular columnist in DNA, DivyaBhaskar, Gujarat Mitra and First India Newspaper. He is also associated with various companies as Business Advisor and has been bestowed with multiple awards like “Gujarat Ratna Gaurav Award”, “Top 100 HR Minds”, “Boundary Less Leader” and many more. His role in Golden Life Care is of Strategic Advice and Growth.
Mr. Bhavesh Shah – Director
Mr. Bhavesh Shah has more than 18 years of work experience in Pharma Field. Having worked with large pharmaceuticals companies like Zydus Research Center, Intas Pharmaceuticals and Astron Research Limited, he has capability of handling QA, CQA and DQA of large scale pharma and can define Quality systems which suits organizational and regulatory needs. His experience in handling Regulatory Audits (USFDA, MHRA, MCC, TGA, ANVISA and Canada etc) has helped build the excellent quality systems in the company.
